Asking the Experts

Today we were joined by 3 people who have been in the same seats as our current members and have successfully gone on to volunteer, retrain and go to work. The Peer Q&A session is always one of the most useful sessions of the course for members. It's a great way to ask niggling questions and get a real insight into what it was like - what was the first day like? how scared were you? what helped you?

This gives the members a first hand account of taking that next step and is a really hopeful and positive session.
